The restaurant in Gavna is worth the advendture in finding the place, located off of narrow road that is only paved part of the way presents a challenge if you go there at night, located next to the edge of mountain that overlooks the city of Beit Eyin , but believe me the food is simply delicious . we have eaten at many places throughout Israel and this is one of the best places to dine.
Another wonderfull dining experience can be found at the winery in Alon Shavut, it is much easier to find , just before the entrance to the main gate to Alon Shavut. The winery serves dairy, fish and salads and any combination of pasta,. You can sample the wine that comes from their vinyards that are right on the property. They are happy to give you a tour of the winery during the hours of operation.
